The front desk was helpful with directions and clear about parking (ie let us walk the campus leaving our car in the garage for few hours, after we checked out). So many hotels just feel like they’re taking your money with no hospitality or service mind set. Wish I knew her name. She was gracious and helpful! (She was working Thursday midday 2/9/23)

The staff was wonderful! we asked for an early check in so we could change before attending a funeral of a dear friend and they helped us out! They also gave us a free buffet and free parking. We appreciate so much their kindness at a very sad time for us! They definitely went the extra mile!

I liked the location of the hotel next to the college, the facility to the freeway, and proximity to my places of interests in; Orange, La Habra, and Fullerton. I was also relieved to find a good quality clean hotel with amenities for my family, pet, and myself. Often places that allow pets are not quality facilities like this one. The pool, room, and lobby were very clean, and our pet, Miss Fiona, had a dog walk area with "Mutt Mitts."
