Fullerton Marriott at California State University

Stayed for 5 nights as we were having a semi family-gathering in LA. But my son was sick with flu and had to stay in his room the first 3 days. Your FD member Senga was so helpful, kind, and caring , it made his coping with his illness much easier and speedier. Overall, we had the most pleasant stay one can ask for at your hotel . Please pass our huge thanks and big hug to Senga!

The room great. Liked having a couch and real furniture. Felt safe, as I was on my own. Nice Restaurant with good food.

I enjoyed my stay. Hotel staff went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. I am handicapped and servers brought me my food. Such a warm and friendly experience.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beyond spacious, very clean, quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the air worked great. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The front desk was helpful with directions and clear about parking (ie let us walk the campus leaving our car in the garage for few hours, after we checked out). So many hotels just feel like they’re taking your money with no hospitality or service mind set. Wish I knew her name. She was gracious and helpful! (She was working Thursday midday 2/9/23)
